I have just returned from an unforgettable work trip to Uganda, where the leadership program Managing Innovations for Sustainable Health (MISH) held its annual study trip—this year on the breathtaking Kalangala Island.

Training programme on sustainable health presented at major public health conference

Meet Dr. Freddy Bangelesa who is a research scientist and senior lecturer at Kinshasa School of Public Health in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is also a coordinator for the training programme Managing Innovation for Sustainable Health.

A total of 19 managers working in the health system, across sectors, from DRC, Uganda and Somalia met for the first time in Uganda in May 2022 after participating in the online professional leadership program Managing Innovation for Sustainable Health.
